1. Where are you located?
We are based out of Ontario Canada!

2. Who is the artist?
We do all our own artwork as an artist owned and operated business! Our main artist being Rationelle who has a background in the animation industry, along with Sanity, a concept art grad and fursuit maker.

3. Do you guys ship internationally?
We mainly ship within North America but we do accept and are able to send orders internationally.

4. How long does shipping take?
For orders within Canada or the United States usually the shipping ranges from 1-2 weeks, sometimes faster sometimes slower. Shipping should be calculated upon checkout, we have various shipping methods avaliable to meet all your needs. International shipping can take a bit longer depending on customs.

5. How are returns handled?
At this time we currently do not accept returns, especially for apparel items. ** PLEASE ** read the sizing carefully before placing the order! Items that arrived damaged can be discussed by providing proof upon delivery within the day.
