1. Where are you located?
We are located in Ontario Canada!

2. Do you guys ship internationally?
We mainly ship within North America but we do accept and are able to send orders internationally.

3. How long does shipping take?
For orders within Canada or the United States usually the shipping ranges from 1-2 weeks, sometimes faster sometimes slower. Shipping should be calculated upon checkout, we have various shipping methods avaliable to meet all your needs. International shipping can take a bit longer due to importation and other steps.

4. How are returns handled?
At this time we currently do not accept returns, specially for items such as shirts, ** PLEASE ** read the sizing carefully before placing the order. Items that arrived damaged can be discussed by providing proof upon delivery within the day.

6. What other future services are in the works?
- Currently working out the kinks to offer printing services, such as shirts, dakis, pins (enamel and other materals), acrylic items, stickers and much much more, we will handle the sourcing and shipping for a small fee so you can be hassle free!

- we are also working on setting up a way for you to commission one of our artists, Me - Rationelle and my partner Sanity directly on this page.
